Warranty

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Greenfingers stand behind every Greenfingers product that we sell. Simply because your satisfaction matters a great deal to Greenfingers. Refunds and manufacturer’s warranty are in addition to standard statutory consumer rights and complies with return, repairs and replacement policies that are consistent with Australian Consumer Laws.

If you require after-sales support or any query related to your Greenfingers product, please contact us for further assistance.

Damaged / Faulty Items

All products purchased from Greenfingers official retailer / reseller include warranty as per Australian Consumer law. Greenfingers products are generally offered with 12-month warranty. Please refer to the product listing for warranty period.

You will need to contact us within 30 working days in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or is faulty within the warranty time frame. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process.

Once assessed and approved by the Greenfingers customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process as required by Australian Consumer Law. Please do not attempt to return the item without approval by Greenfingers.

To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit. You will be notified once your claim has been processed.

A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers. Warranty is non-transferrable.

Change Of Mind

To give you the complete peace of mind, Greenfingers offers 14 Days Change of Mind Policy. With a 15% restocking fee, you have the option to return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging that you bought for any reason within 14 days of receiving the item.

If you would like to return your item for your money back, please follow the below procedure.

Contact us with information of your order number and item that you wish to return.
You will be advised with a return authorisation number and our return address.
Include the return authorisation number with your returned item so your return can be processed as soon as possible.
Change of Mind Policy does not apply on bonus item / packer.
The item cannot be opened, used, worn or damaged, and at in 100% re-sealable condition when Greenfingers receives the item.
You cannot stick or write anything on the item or its packaging. You can only place postage sticker on the outer postage packaging.
Once the refund is approved, Greenfingers will transfer the fund via the payment method you pay your order. You will be refunded the total cost MINUS the initial and return postage charges, even if you receive free delivery in the first place.
Certain types of products may not be returned under this policy. Please contact us to find out more information.

If the requirements are not satisfied, Greenfingers reserves the right not to offer a refund of change of mind returns.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The estimated delivery time frames are:

For customers in VIC, approximately 3 - 5 working days;
For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4 - 8 working days;
For customers in QLD, NT,WA and TAS, approximately 7 - 10 working days.

NOTE:

Delivery time only starts after buyers’ payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1 working day after receipt of cleared payment).

We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee either.

MELBOURNE DISTRIBUTION CENTRE

Orders are generally shipped from our distribution centre, which is located in Melbourne, the next working day after full payment is received.

We work with four couriers to provide the most efficient delivery service with the most reasonable price and quickest service.

AUSTRALIA POST

Item that weighs 22 kg or less will be dispatched with eParcel - that is Australia Post’s Internet enabled freight system.

Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label and you will be able to view the location of your item at various points in the delivery process via Australia Post’s online tracking tool.

When your order is dispatched, you will be given a consignment number. You can use the number to track your order at the Australia Post Tracking Website.

The below table is for your reference to Australia Post’s expected delivery time.

FASTWAY COURIERS

For item that weighs below 22kg with a lower cost than eParcel, the item will be dispatched with Fastway. You will receive an email confirmation of your order including a tracking number, as soon as your orders are dispatched. Fastway provides reliable courier distribution service across Australia. Their comprehensive fleet and professional team will ensure items delivered safely to your door.

Parcels dispatched with Fastway are collected from our premises on a daily basis. Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label and you will be able to view the location of your item at various points in the delivery process via Fastway’s website.

A non- PO Box address is required for Fastway’s delivery. If you fail to provide the correct information, your parcel will not be dispatched until the accurate information is received by our customer service team.

ALLIED EXPRESS

Parcel that weighs over 22 kg will be dispatched with Allied Express. Allied Express is the biggest and independently owned courier company in Australia with offices in all major mainland capitals.

Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label and you will be able to track you items through the Allied Express website. Allied Express will contact you prior to delivery via SMS or phone number.

Allied Express requires consignment note and the postcode of the destination to track item at http://alliedexpress.com.au/ or call 131373 for more queries.

TOLL

Parcel with weigh less than 30kg can be dispatched with Toll. Toll is a major integrated logistics provider with an Asia Pacific focus. They provide safe, secure transport services.

Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label and you will be able to track you items through the Toll website.

A non- PO Box address is required for Toll’s delivery. If you fail to provide the correct information, your parcel will not be dispatched until the accurate information is received by our customer service team.

If the delivery is missed, you should receive a card with instructions on how to find your parcel. You can visit Toll website to arrange a re-delivery.

Delivery Issues

Undeliverable Packages

In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email.

Inaccurate Address

If there are any address discrepancies with your order the product is returned us, a customer care team member will be in touch. A re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned to us.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt

If no one is present when the order arrives and it is being delivered by Australia Post, a notification will be left in the mail box for you to pick up your parcel in your local Post Office.

If your item is delivered by Fastway or Allied Express, arrangement will be made in advance to ensure your item to arrive at your door at your convenience. A re-delivery cost will occur if you are not home at the arranged time.

Rejected by Receiver

If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if parcel has to be resent.

The expected time delivery given by each courier is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various reasons. If you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please contact our customer service team.
Pick up or arranging your own courier is not available at our warehouse to ensure our distribution centre can dispatch all goods efficiently at all times.

We try our best to include all the undeliverable postcodes on the list, however, there are still a few postcodes that are undeliverable for some SKUs.

If the item can not be delivered to the address but you still place the order with us, we will contact you through email with the extra shipping fee after the order is paid. You will need to pay the extra fee to get the order delivered. Those orders with no shipment service will be cancelled and refunded automatically with email notification.

excellent juices love no plastic!

Ordering/delivery was easy and went well. We splurged and got the top of the line Angel Juicer to avoid plastic and we are having juices daily! It juices hard things like celery and carrots great -- softer things don't work as well which is why its 4 starts (more 4.5) instead of 5 and it's a bit slower than other juicers we've had. We had the breville juicer which was incredible (fast, dry pulp not as dry as angel tho, a workhorse) but had more plastic components so switched to Angel. Overall, would purchase again (as long as it holds up of course) and don't mind spending a little more time juicing for the quality. Clean up is mostly easy tho you do need to pay close attention to clearing out all the tiny little holes or you'll have issues. Solid juicer and less microplastics!

Unquestionably the best

This Angel 8500 juicer is astonishing. It takes the absolute essence out of the material and leaves the fiber dry. The quality of the juice is a function of the 2 grinding gears, it’s easy to clean and it looks stylish. It can be a little messy and it takes up quite some space in my kitchen but I love it. Worth the money. And no plastic parts.
